By accessing the Velvet Luden website or purchasing our premium tabletop products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. These terms govern the relationship between you and Velvet Luden Tabletop Ltd.

2. Products and Pricing

We strive to accurately display the luxurious components and true nature of our board games. However, variations in screen displays may slightly alter the appearance of colors or textures. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted when we dispatch the product and send a shipping confirmation. Given the limited nature of some deluxe editions, we reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per person or per order to ensure fair access for all collectors.

4. Shipping

We take immense care in packaging our heavy, delicate board games. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please refer to our FAQ for specific details regarding packaging standards for deluxe items.

5. Limitation of Liability

Velvet Luden Tabletop Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our site or the purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London.
