Due to the meticulous nature of board game component integrity, we can only accept returns of artifacts that remain completely sealed in their original manufacturer shrink-wrap. Once a game is opened, the risk of component loss is too significant to restock. If your unsealed game has a manufacturing defect, however, we enact our component replacement protocol.

Do not despair. Despite stringent quality control, publishers occasionally mispack. Please contact us via our Missives page with your order number and a photograph (if applicable) of the defect. We maintain direct relationships with publishers and will arrange for the exact replacement token, card, or miniature to be shipped to your address free of charge.
